		<description>This looks like a really cool book!  I have both of Brian&#039;s books and spoke to him briefly at SES06 NY a couple of days ago.



I&#039;ve tried to distill the Eisenberg&#039;s ideas both for my own SEO clients and for use at IBM, where i&#039;m a Web Metrics Analyst.  It&#039;s much easier to do on a smaller scale than large site.



BTW, I liked the writeups on Customer Loyalty you had a couple of weeks ago.  I will definately buy a copy or two of the new book (He just mentioned a new book but did not say anything about it).
