I listened to Jeffrey Eisenberg today on Ronn Owens' program in San Francisco with great interest and enthusiasm.

Most of all, I really appreciated hearing his comments on the connection between technology and the human element. As a manager in Silicon Valley, I have found it imperative to emphasize to both high-tech executives and workers that behind all this gadgetry, it's all about the individual who connects to your site.

And seduction is not a dirty word. I'm very excited by these insights, and hope the Eisenberg brothers spread this nationally and globally too.
