Wired News reports that “Microsoft Sends Secret Dossier on Reporter, To Reporter“–there’s a lot more details there and it’s a fun read. Microsoft really needs to buy a copy of How To Win Friends And Influence People by Dale Carnegie.

Well said! If only everyone had read it – it would make things a lot easier. To be honest I was bit embarrassed to carry my copy around incase anyone saw the title but once I started reading it I didn’t care anymore. It’s pure gold.

Gillian, Thanks for agreeing. The book suffers from association with hucksters who have used it to justify their scams but regardless it’s a great book.
