Do You Do Analytics?

With over 750 completed surveys, Eric T. Peterson, author of one of my favorite books on analytics, Web Analytics Demystified, tells me that only 12% of all respondents say that web analytics tools and processes are answering better than 90% of the questions they have about their websites. Compare this to the 31% who say that web analytics is answering less than 50% of their questions and you can see why there is a need for Eric’s and our books, services, etc.

Eric will be providing the aggregated results free to everyone through his website, sometime shortly after Emetrics Summit in May, and offering survey respondents a 25% discount on the purchase of his books (Web Analytics Demystified and The Big Book of Key Performance Indicators).

  1. So that’s how it work in my case I’m using web analytics to beat my niche competitors in the internet. I’m not sure if it’s near to this topic but i guess they are somehow related.
