I was wondereing whats the diff between a male and Female Boss??????????

Do women to reach that CEO level still have to play ball with the boys!!!!! As in go and have drinks, play squash, with JJ. etc...
IN OTHERWORDS HAVE WOMEN BROKEN THE GLASS CEILING;;;;;I worked at 2 companies were I was under women bosses Firstly their was a boss who totally devoted herself to her job... She went to 3rd level manager which was not done to much in those days Im talking the nineties..... Usually woman are put down because they cant handle the CEO thing and children. Well this boss chose not to have children..... But if she did I think she could have done both very smoothly.....
The second place I worked at where a woman broke the glass ceiling was in the health care industry. This boss did have children and did manage both very smoothly....the career and the kids.
