I&#039;d agree that true salesmanship is the ability to offer great advice instead of giving a sales pitch. Only if you love your customers you are able to exercise &#039;finesse&#039; in selling; and that is sales pitch not included.</description>

		<description>Excellent post, Holly.  It goes all the way back to the actual underlying reasons for people purchaisng.  Such as the ultimate benefit of the service, for that individual.  I think this is quite well summarised in Call to Action regarding the BMWs.</description>
