Begging for Shipping Info

Please, please, pretty-please… Won’t your shopping cart tell me who you use for shipping? Do I have to beg?
I’ve tried yelling at the screen but the results have been less than stellar.
Why don’t more e-commerce sites tell you who they use to ship their goods? This is important, especially to me. I have both a post office box and a home address, but I don’t receive mail at the house (no mailbox) — so, I receive mail at my post office box. When I order a product online, I never know which address to use. If the company uses USPS, then I should enter my P.O. box since USPS doesn’t deliver to my house. But if the company uses FedEx or UPS, I should enter my house address since they don’t deliver to a post office box.
What do I do when the company doesn’t specify who they use to ship their products? I have a 50/50 shot at being wrong. I have had many products simply shipped back to the manufacturer because they tried to deliver it to my house through USPS. (No-can-do.) I’ve also had orders delayed weeks — yes, weeks — because I guessed and entered my P.O. box only to find out WAY after the fact that they use UPS, which, of course, does not deliver to post office boxes.
So, I just want to send out a big hug and kiss to Lindi Skin. I love this skin care company for so many reasons. (If you have a sensitive face, there’s no better lotion out there.) But when checking out, they made it REALLY clear that they use UPS and cannot mail to post office boxes.
Thank you, thank you! I’m no longer address challenged. I know exactly which address to enter to ensure a safe, timely delivery of the product.
Are your customers begging to know who you use for shipping?
