When you’re in the baby shampoo section of the supermarket- you’re already there. Convenient now, not convenient in twenty minutes while you’reon your way home.
First it’s seo/ppc & getting people toyour site. Then its getting them to convert. Supermarkets are two steps ahead. Once you walk in the door, you’ve converted 99% of the time. They are worried about Value per conversion.
