(These are impossible to find, especially because the Holiday Inn Express website wants to sell you the entire set of shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, etc. for 10 bucks plus shipping and you’d only get ONE bottle of lotion. That’s crazy.)

I don’t think you need to worry about where the products come from as long as it’s free and smells nice.
Everbody has there favorites and when they grt home they nearly always revert back to them.
How many people do you know that goes out of there way to purchase a shampoo they used in a hotel or even on a cruise.
The article made me smile and cheered me up.

People, you are kiddng right? If the worst thing that happens to you in a day is that you can’t figure out what the little bottles in the hotel contain, I think you may have bigger issues. To have an entire article about it? Can we please get a grip? If this is really that serious, why wouldn’t you read the bottles first? I wear glasses (my eyes are horrible, things need to be within an inch of my face for me too read them w/o my glasses.), and I did not have this problem with the bottles. I know what hotels usually put out for guests, so, I tend to check and see what is what before using them. A LOT of hotel chains have their own packaging for these items and the bottles ALL look THE SAME; you have to read the bottles pretty much everywhere. These days it’s hard to tell the difference between the shampoo and conditioner in the STORE (have you ever bought Panteen?). If you are mixing up the, usually, BLUE mouth wash, there are definate problems. I would think that smell might give that away. (I realize this was probably a facitious remark on the authors part, but let’s complain about things that really matter.) I think that taking responsibility for your own actions needs to come into play here. Or, if your eyes are really that bad, just go get your glasses. I put mine on before I even get out of bed.

Very nice article. I would like to add that the soap and shampoo smell like ginger snaps or some sort of sweet snack, which in turn makes you appear insane to others when they see you flailing your arms about because you’ve stepped outside and attracted a swarm of flies, grizzly bears and near by fat camp escapees. You are right about that breakfast, though. It is fantastic.

I thought it was pretty easy to determine which was shampoo and conditioner. The lotion was great. I, also, would like to know where the products can be purchased for personal use.

I agree. I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and had trouble determining what was what. The bottles should clearly be labeled “Shampoo” etc. Holiday Inn Express is my favorite but this is a major shortcoming.

I love the Smart shampoo and other products. It smells like vanilla or a cinnamon bun. The bedding in the room was nice too.

In reference to the SimplySmart hair products, I came across
some from a previous stay and packed to take on an overnight trip rather than my large bottles. I was amazed how much I liked the products. Does anyone know where the
