One thing is obvious. With today’s budgets, many companies are looking into getting more value from their existing customers and current sales by marketing to very narrow niches and this basically _requires_ them to improve their analytics

Has anyone here used a site called CrazyEgg? They have a cool Web2.0 site, but from my experience that doesn’t necessarily mean anything about quality.

Well done report! My question for your Webinar… How do the key highlights change if you segment out the consultancy/agency industry, which represents 20% of the participants? I’m wondering if the numbers reflect the industry as a whole, or have been skewed towards the high-end, where consultants and agencies get their business.
