Hi Bryan,
One of the most useful additions i have made is tracking the exact phrases that people use to find my sites.

This allows me to pick up keyphrases that I can then apply to my PPC campaigns and use to more tightly focus my pages.
SES should be a blast

I am going to have to get to one of those conferences. Hopefully next year. In regards to making a list. I find that absolutely necessary to have one every day. When I complete the tasks for the current day I make another one for tomorrow so I know exactly what to do in the morning when I start work. have fun at the conference
