Hi Bryan,
One of the most useful additions i have made is tracking the exact phrases that people use to find my sites.

This allows me to pick up keyphrases that I can then apply to my PPC campaigns and use to more tightly focus my pages.

Checking visitor trends and create a to do list is a great strategy.In fact creating list gives you a clear thinking .You know which ares of your webpage needs changes.

Using analytics effectively takes hard work, dedication and attention to details. And then after that it takes actual follow through.

I am going to have to get to one of those conferences. Hopefully next year. In regards to making a list. I find that absolutely necessary to have one every day. When I complete the tasks for the current day I make another one for tomorrow so I know exactly what to do in the morning when I start work. have fun at the conference

Using analytics takes dedication and a lot of testing. After this is all place, Analytics is the way to drive your ROI up!

Great post. Something I need to pay more attention to, I guess once your site is higher in the rankings you need to pay more attention the areas that need more work.
