We've tried to keep the questions as simple and as few as possible, narrowing it to just the important 5 questions. And we ask your "lead value" as the primary question since it's the easiest way to begin to understand your lead gen model -- a lead for a product that sells for a hundred thousand dollars behaves quite differently than one for under a hundred dollars.
